At ThunderSteps, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received
    • In its original packaging with all tags intact

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear unboxing video is required for all return or replacement requests.
  • The video must:
    • Start before opening the package
    • Clearly show the package condition and contents
  • Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The unboxing video is not provided

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
